Digital design and manufacturing

Our CNC (Computer Numerical Control) technology allows us to obtain parts directly from the three-dimensional model, accurately, without any interpretation or execution errors.

CNC cutting, milling and three-dimensional machining services for companies and individuals.

We have a 3-axis CNC (Computer Numerical Control) milling and cutting machine with maximum dimensions of 2500 x 1300 millimeters and a maximum height of 200 millimeters, offering a cutting precision of +/- 35 microns.

If the size of your project exceeds these measures, we can subdivide the work in different pieces to later join them, glue them…

We get involved in each project, in a versatile way, from the digital creation and design stages to the manufacturing of the product, according to the customer’s needs without having to go through other intermediary agents with the subsequent economic and time saving factors.

For 2D milling, if possible, please indicate those elements which are only engraving, external or internal milling (for example, include on a different layer the total perimeter cutting of the piece and another layer with holes or perforations if any). For 3D milling, we would need a 3D modeling in a digital file.

Types of Materials

You can let us know if the material is provided by you, or if you prefer that we include it through our suppliers. These are the types of materials we can work with on our CNC machine:

  • Solid wood, Glulam, Plywood, Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF), Chipboard…
  • Plastics and foams, Acetates, PVC, Polycarbonate, Polystyrene, Polyurethane…
  • Composites: Fiberglass, Larsson or Alucobond type plates…
  • Aluminum (engraving and cutting up to 4mm)

We also offer assembly or finishing services if necessary, collaborating with lacquerers, varnishers and cabinetmakers.
