How can I request a quote?

CNC MILLING and CUTTING

We have a 3-axis CNC milling and cutting machine with maximum working dimensions of 2500 x 1300 millimeters and a maximum height capacity of 200 millimeters, offering a cutting precision of ±35 microns.

If you already have the project design completed, with the parts drawn and the material selected.

Please send us a brief explanation of the project, as detailed as possible.
Please attach a vector file from Rhino, AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, 3D Studio, SketchUp, Maya, Catia, etc. (.3dm, .dxf, .dwg, .ai, .3ds, .skp, .obj, .pdf…).
The drawing must already be scaled or at least dimensioned to the manufacturing sizes, in millimeters.
Information about the material to be used and its thickness. Please also let us know if you already have the material or if you prefer us to provide it through our suppliers.

If you have not yet defined the design and/or manufacturing material.

Send us a reference image or a sketch of your idea so we can analyze the different possibilities.
If needed, we can offer consulting or start by digitally designing your idea, and then proceed with its construction.

These are the materials we can work with. You can let us know whether you will be providing the material or if you prefer us to supply it through our trusted vendors.

Solid wood, Glulam, Plywood, Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF), Chipboard…
Plastics and foams, Acetates, PVC, Polycarbonate, Polystyrene, Polyurethane…
Composites: Fiberglass, Larsson or Alucobond type plates…
Aluminum (engraving and cutting up to 4 mm)
ABS plastic for 3D printing (ask about available colors and finishes)

We also offer assembly and finishing services if needed, working in collaboration with lacquerers, varnishers, and cabinetmakers.

3D PRINTING

If you already have the piece you want to 3D print and wish to request a quote, you can contact us at info@controlmad.com and attach a *.stl file of your design, in millimeters and closed, taking into account the printer’s size limits. If your project exceeds these dimensions, we can split the work into several closed parts.

Regarding printing materials, we offer different plastics such as ABS, PLA, and clay.
