Participants will explore practical applications for working with meshes, gain greater control over model data and surface management, and discover a selection of useful free plugins that enhance Rhino’s capabilities in professional design and engineering environments.

Level >Intermediate – Advanced. Basic knowledge of Rhinoceros (*) or completion of the beginner course is required. Rhino Design
Target Audience: > Students and professionals in design and architecture; interior designers; engineering and industrial design; product design; sculptors; artists; and related fields.
Requirements: > A laptop is required for this course.
Minimun number of students required: 4
Students are expected to know how to model simple objects in Rhino, create NURBS surfaces or polysurfaces and understand the difference with mesh modeling, and extract 2D information from the model.
We recommend downloading the Rhino Design course programme or check if you are familiar with the tools covered in that introductory course.
STRUCTURE
This Rhino training for architecture firms, design studios, and engineering companies is divided into two parts, enabling participants to achieve a higher level of proficiency with the software through tools and techniques that simplify, enhance, and streamline the modeling process in Rhinoceros.
Part 1
Tools for controlling, editing, and manipulating NURBS surfaces in Rhinoceros: concepts, continuity, curvature, analysis, tolerances, and more.
Part 2
Organic modeling. Mesh editing and modeling.

The course sessions are live, and we encourage you to attend them to obtain your certificate. However, due to personal circumstances or time zone differences, the sessions will be recorded and available for viewing for two weeks from the course start date.
- How do I access the sessions?
A few days before the course starts, we will provide you with access to our online platform, where you can download materials, ask questions, join live Zoom sessions, and watch recorded sessions.
- What if I’m a Mac user?
The latest version of Rhino for Mac is the same; however, in the Rhino 3D design course, we will be working with the Windows version.
