NIKONIKO is the Japanese onomatopoeia for the sound of a smile. It’s also the name of this Japanese tavern specializing in sushi and cocktails — the sister venue of our restaurant, DokiDoki.
Located inside one of Madrid’s top hair salons: Isaac Salido.

This is a complex milling project using laminated beams to create an industrial atmosphere with a warm, vintage, and rustic touch. The concept reimagines a construction-grade material, exploring its texture and finish through a blend of craftsmanship and digital fabrication.
