Parametric Rooftop

Penthouse terrace located in the center of Madrid. The entire design focuses on the perimeter to free up as much space as possible. The organic layout results in a chill-out area featuring a barbecue zone and two relaxation spaces (one outdoor and one indoor) with multiple configurations, made possible by custom-designed cushions covered in outdoor mesh fabric. The main lattice structure, created using parametric design tools, is constructed with cream-colored wood-cement composite panels (Viroc). Finally, variable LED lighting and vegetation are incorporated into designated areas.
