ReLoft-style apartment renovation in Madrid’s El Matadero neighborhood.
To open up and brighten the space, several partitions were removed, revealing the original metal structure from the 1920s. The space maintains a neutral palette, highlighting furniture elements crafted from phenolic pine plywood panels:
